Call from this number and a man saying he was ringing about the loft insulation we discussed. When I said it wasn’t us he just hung up. Rude and ignorant.

Repeatedly receiving silent calls from this number, despite being ex-directory and on the TPS.

Absolutely disgusting!! He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!

Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they re harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you. Asked the same question, "have u been involved in non fault accident recently"? I asked what s their name and what company they are working for. At that point scam lady hang up.

It is almost certainly a scammer using a spoofed number. You cannot report it as it does not originate from the UK.

Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.
