I was called from this number (0203 239 1397) and 0203 287 4935 on 21 April 2022 with the below offer, and I asked to have it emailed to me. Supposedly from Carphone Warehouse. this number called my phone an english speaking man told me he was from yell ? so i think it needs to be checked as a possible scam seen as the area is russia

SCAM Said they were a claims company. Had my name, date of birth but had wrong address details. She claimed that I had used them to make a claim several years ago which isn't true. She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. She made a lot of saying she wouldn't ask for any details that could be a risk to me but went straight into my employment status and address details. I gave her NOTHING and NEITHER

Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.
