Friendly, courteous and helpful; would have given 1 score but the chap was quite slick and so I thought again after call to check with websites like these to make sure that it was genuine!

(NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.

This was a very entertaining phone call as the man on the other line who went under the name of "Michael Jordan", not the basketball player, told me I must give him money or else I would be arrested in 30 minutes!! FraudFemale recorded voice with American accent (very amateurish) saying they were HMRC and that I had been reported for tax evasion. The case has been reported to the police and would be brought before a magistrate. "Press 1 to speak to a HMRC agent", Obviously I didn't. This country has some of the most advanced telecomms technology in the world. WHY can't the authoriries (Police, BT, the Regulator) take down these numbers?
