Every single day, over and over and over without fail. I have answered and said no, but the next day it continues........ Bored!

SBC called me after positive Covid tests offering assistance with shopping etc

Looked up the number before answering, bloody pain as always calling in the evening, in the habit of looking up all suspect numbers and seems to prevent a lot of hastle in the long run

Said my car had been in a bump (his word) and that I may not have reported it because it was small. I said are you telling me my car was in an accident? (Interesting since I don t own a car! two missed calls when I eventually answered they knew my full name. Not sure if they re a liget company or not but If they are they need some serious customer service training. I got told I was a moody b**ch and then hung up on. I work in a call centre if I ever did that I d be out the door in seconds. Seems normal for them!
