Just as guess, as I did not answer the call, it is an offer for Bonds yielding (their quote) 8% interest. In these times that would be a very good rate, and if the bond issue was GENUINE (with low Risk) it would go FAST. But these people seem to call several times a week, which means they have little succes. Most likely it is a PONZY scheme.
