Recorded message saying records show had an accident in the last 3 years and I too am fed up so just kept saying yes. Eventually it disconnected.
Fraud This guy has called before - this time posing as "local energy company" - it is total scam to get money out of you. Do NOT give them any of your personal information.

This number (01515153870) Easirent gave me to find out where is the money they owe me for months. Obviously no one picks up the phone.
Tried to call me twice but hung up as soon as I answered.
A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.
Call from this number giving my name and asking about washing machine insurance!!! Dubious I d say.

When answered, a very bad automated message advising that there has been fraud on your National Insurance Number. All assets will be suspended and you will be arrested! They are working with or on behalf of O2. They are trying to get people who have just applied for a pay and go sim to upgrade to a contract sim. It s a bloody pain in the backside the amount of times they call. Asked for me by name. I asked who was calling. He said it was in response to my putting my name down for more information and asked me what kind of investing I was looking to do. I answered "where was it that I put my name down?" *click* he hung up immediately. He never called back (that was yesterday) Very dodgy.
Leaving BT and got a call from these scum bags. Avoid these people.
