Received a call from this number. When I answered it it was a recoded message saying that it was from HMRC and that i had been reported for Fraud and press one on the keypad otherwise police will arrest me. At this point i concluded the call as a scam or potential Fraud call.

Apparently my router has had many problems and is telling their server that my speed is slow!!!! Wanted to know my download/upload speeds and ping! Have received 2 phone calls within the past hour from 018457826044 -fortunately I am able to not answer as I have a display number phone. Most certain it is a nuisance caller.
I checked I was still registered with TPS and I was, so the next time they phoned I informed them of this and told them not to phone me again. Its been almost four hours now without a phone call, so feeling hooeful!

The automated voice claimed to be the fraud department at NHS. They called to threaten to cancel all activities due to the alleged abuse of my national insurance. Fortunately, I know it is not true because I have not been using the NHS for years.
Definitely a scam, automated call stating my National Insurance number was at risk of being put on hold due to it being linked to illegal activity.
