I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.

would like to know who called me using this number.

I was called on my partner's phone. The man waffled on about ppi. I was more interested how he had got my name.

Was just an automated message, just hung up as I d much rather talk to a human being.

Called twice today, answered the second time and she said she was calling from the phone shop, i told her straight after, "I will save you some time, im not interested thanks" She said "thank you for you time" and hung up. Havent heard from them since.

Called our company asking for the branch manager to carry out a survey on energy contracts & customer satisfaction. Told him it s all decided through head office so our branch manager wouldn t deal with it. He then asked if he could call back at a more convenient time, (obviously didn t listen to a word i d just told him!) at which point i told him no he couldn t call back at a more convenient time, no thank you & hung up on him. Logged him on our nuisance call list to be blocked by our telecoms company

Don t know if it is AXA or someone on their behalf. But, the lady who phoned must be deaf as she SHOUTS!

Have been receiving silent calls for a few weeks, then just now received a call from this number. Asian man claiming to be from an accident claim company. Said my car had been in a bump (his word) and that I may not have reported it because it was small. I said are you telling me my car was in an accident? (Interesting since I don t own a car! Spoke to my father, said she was from a company that blocks his nuisance calls. He has no such service? (Is there even one other than BT called protect?) I suspect she was a scammer as we have had similar spiels from callers in the past one of which was desperately trying to get Dad to "confirm" his bank details.
