Automated response who claimed there was fraud detected on my national insurance number.

asking for bank card confirmation, when I called the number back it did not exist....

The number identifies the message as RoyalMail contacting me. The mispelling of Royal Mail is reason enough to be suspiciouss. The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

SCAM this number calls and tries to get you to sign up for medical emergency devices like pendants. They tell you different excuses for their call like you had a medical appointment and now qualify for a few pendant with a huge one off service fee on over £150 that y they then say is for 12 months service which isn't a one off payment. They all for your card or direct debit details and when you tell them you think it's a scam they hang up on you.

Same as others who have reported this number: automated message, female voice, unspecified bank or card provider, two transactions referred to - one, “Amazon” and one, “international monetary transfer site”, press 1 to speak about to someone, etc ….. definitely dodgy and dangerous.

Claimed they were from Windows Service Centre and that someone was trying to hack my computer I told them I wasnt interested and hung up They immediately rang back quoting my name and address I told them my Windows 98 computer wasnt connected to the Internet and they said I paid my Internet quarterly I replied quotfor my tabletquot The woman saw she wasnt getting anywhere and politely terminated the call

Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.

Indian scam callers. I am covered in calls from these scammers in India although my number is on a donotcall list.

spam call pretenting to be a IT recruiter looking for contracting job. Does not leave you by if you let the person know that you are not interested or you dont know about the information they ask. Too invasive and prying to know more contacts in your firm. Stay away.

Scam recording from my visa card Co advising 2 fraud transactions for big amts, called my card Co from no on bk of my card and no transactions have taken place, be careful all especially the elderly, try use a credit card at all times then transfer from Yr debit card to pay it, never take out he house Yr debit card, as bank don't always reimburse u for fraud, the credit card Co will if you have shown you took care reporting any suspicious activity and were careful with Yr details online. Recorded message saying it was from my bank but didn't name the bank. Said they were ringing about 2 suspicious transactions on my account and then gave the details of the transactions. Then said press 1 to accept the transactions or 2 to speak to an operator.....SCAM
