This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. The caller makes an unsolicited call (I do not know where did they take my number), says he is from "Trader Education", proposes to talk on financial markets, and would have proceeded to make marketing offers if he had not been refused and stopped by me.
