SCAM - fraudsters are using this number pretending to be O2. woman Called, then when I called back (knowing it was 'Mem's Cafe' after a google search), a man picked up with the same accent and didn't seem to care nor want to investigate - so assuming he's involved and is using the number in the same way.

This number has been calling for well over a year. If you pick up its not answered but sounds like something may happen like a message. I don't wait for that I hang up before. You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!

An innocuous text message "Where are you? I am waiting for you?" but from an unrecognised number and the fact that it has already been searched 124 times in the last 2 weeks make me suspect that this is some sort of SCAM.

SCAM claimed to be from Blockchain and that I had a frozen account that I would need to pay money into to unlock.
Person of asian origin said he was from Currys, asked does he mean the electronic retailer no reply given he then went in to retirick regards mobile networks, blocked the number as I have had quite a few of these type of calls over the last couple of months.

This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.
