SCAM some lady purported to be from Amazon phoned about my Prime Ac with the option to pay or cancel the membership and asked to press 1 to cancel or speak to customer service.. i saw it was a mobile number so it had to be fake and I told them i would do it online i tried to call back to find out who they are but they do not answer the phone i called amazon and they confirmed it was a scam

Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. As this is the code where we live, answered the first call - no immediate response but after a few seconds, over a very crackly line, what sounded like a well spoken middle aged white lady, said something along the lines of 'suspicious transactions on my account, one for £300 odd & the other for £1,400 odd & I must do certain things at which point I hung up. The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Be safe everyone.

Strange voicemail left, someone repeating a garbled word or two then laughing. Background sound like a call centre. I haven't any idea who it was or if they were even speaking English.
