Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.

Spam, an automatic voice said that was from HMRC, and they send me a letter for taxes refund.
This is nuisance call that I have received several times. Having several calls in the day from different numbers which are completely unknown to me and this is one of them
I've had two calls from this number on my work mobile. I missed the first attempt but answered the second a few minutes ago. She claimed to be calling from Curry's PC World in London and gave a London post code. Strange then to have a number with an Edinburgh area code! It appears that it's trying to sell phones. Very noisy call centre and a very bad line indicating that the call was coming from overseas, probably India judging by the accent. Block the number so you're never bothered by it again.

The phone number 020 3290 6119 is a scam. Someone called introducing himself as Peter Jones from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd . they are impersonating a business and personal name by using this landline number to sell a personal loan and trying to get money from people.I checked Finance and Investment solutions Ltd by FCA, and I have been told that Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company offering only mortgages and its telephone number is totally different from this phone number
02081521989 This person called pretending to be a computer and telephone engineer. He wanted to check my broadband speed and land line connections. He wanted me to switch on computers and check broadband speed etc. Of course I did not comply and hung up. I contacted my provider for landline and computer broadband and they are convinced that this is a “Scam"

A lady with an English accent informed my that there has been a report identifying loft insulation materials as hazardous, and that everybody is entitled to a free survey. I explained that my property didn't fit her survey expectations and he apologised for bothering me and hung up. As a guess, anyone who opts for a survey will be told that any existing insulation is deadly and it will be removed at an exorbitant cost, but as I don't know that for certain I am only labelling this call as annoying.

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. This is to harvest people’s voice related to your phone number and location for database. All done in a nano second by AI software. Someone wants to know where you are and that it is you answering the phone. That is why you get these calls several times daily even if you have told you are not interested.
