Best cold call ever. I answered, I was asked for by name and I asked who was calling. The fella said AMS Legal so I said I m not interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away and straight off the same person said what are you not insterested in? - I laughed and said are you for real to which he replied yes, very much and you ll never know about the opportunity that you ve just missed out on and hung up. I wish they were all as entertaining as this. I ve blocked and reported

I did not answer this call but on checking origin it came from Russia, Kalmytskija region. I do not know anyone in Russia and would say this was diff a potential spam or phishing scam.

Call received from an Indian sounding young lady who said she was from BT Open Reach, I said I donot use BT and then she went silent, I left the call active and could hear other voices in the background saying keeping trying ...
A message was left saying that recent letters regarding tax had not been answered and now there is an arrest warrant being issued. This message was left for my elderly parents who were very distressed about it. Their accountant said it was a scam! Disgraceful !

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Please send complaints about this company practise to Stevenson & Drake, Winnington Lane Northwich Cheshire. Get their reply, then forward it onto BBC News, Wood
SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.
