Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... Auto dialing not talking against Ofcom rules.Possible that they mention Boiler Replacment Scheme run by the Goverment Do it the calls that is over aperiod of time then they try again hoping people forget them. LIke other phishng units. Do Not TELL ANYTHING TO COLD CALL legit or ileagal.

I had a call from populus survey yesterday and told them it wasn t a good time and they said they would call back. That was from number 0345 313 0337. Just had a missed call from the 0191 number everyone is talking about. I called it back and it says the number does not exist. Glad I googled it as had not connected the two. I will block both numbers to see if it does the trick.
