Blocked this number some time ago but they keep trying, unfortunately I now get txts stating I’ve missed a call from ..... and caller has not left message! Frustrating
Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.

As with all unsolicited calls to my mobile, I press "answer" without saying anything, then put my handset to one side until the caller tires of not getting a response. It usually takes a maximum of 47 seconds, but this caller was either very determined or very slow at getting the message that I wasn t reslonding vecause it was 1 minute 12 seconds before they finally took the hint and hung up. I could hear a female voice speaking during this time but couldn t make out what they were saying, nor did I care

I took on my phone number in January and the previous holder of the number is being sought by these people. They call up to five times a day and despite me advising EVERY SINGLE FKNG TIME that I am not who they are looking for and even having written to their complaints department, the calls don t stop. SCAM / SPAM A new Amazon Prime scam call today. 8 days ago we had the same type of call (01203482996 that time) using the same robotic female (possibly Philipino) voice BUT this week the "cost" had almost trebled, they were apparently going to debit £99.99 from our bank account ....... Unless, of course, we pressed button 1 to speak to someone at Amazon. I think this is an attempt to scare those who didn't react to the last threat £39.99) into trying to speak to these evil people.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
