Called this morning at 0615. Would appear to be a false number. The number recorded was preceded by 00. No one their end.
SCAM They referred to the national "Renewable Energy Database" and hung up on me when I questioned how they had information about my loft insulation when I have never told anyone! The Database exists but it does NOT have this information. It is for tracking "the progress of UK renewable electricity projects over 150kW through the planning system".
