Scam. I managed to keep them on the line for 13 minutes whilst they gave instructions on running EventViewer as "proof" of all of the "Internet viruses infecting my computer" then the LogMeIn account that they would use to install malware on my machine. This is so that I could enter the 9-digit account on the "Abuse" section on LogMeIn.com to get it shut down... very important!
Nick Lewis with Indian accent called me with the same story. I was aware of this scam so I hung up. Fife minutes later Gary Wilson, also with Indian accent, called about the sam...
