Guy just called and i was polite and told them that i was not interested in their company but he was super insistent and told me it was to do with citizens advise and they are not a "company". I ve had that many calls from this number recently it s getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I ve been advised to ignore them.

I looked up the phone number on google and I want to thank everyone for warning me that this a scam.Its awful because elderly people will believe it's a true phone call This scam should be stopped.

I have been getting calls showing the Newquay area code of 01637, from telemarketers for PPI, smart meters, accident claims etc. The caller and the voices in the background are obviously from Newcastle. I used to live in the area I have friends and family
This number is constantly calling me and now one answers, incredibly annoying and frustrating, this shouldn’t be allowed, blocking doesn’t seem to help, they seem to have untold variations of the last four numbers.

Got a call with no voicemail as I did not answer. Had several calls from numbers I dont recognise within hours of placing a car for sale on gumtree and having answered many of them before they are usually calling to tell me about an accident i had / PPI etc... Genuine buyers leave voicemails or send an email or text. I suspect this is a time waster.
