I have reported them to the fraud squad along with emailing my bank to see if I can get the money back through them as I too, borrowed money to do this. SCAM number showed as 01942794042 however, it was definitely from a call centre and the female voice started the call with "thank-you for connecting with BT" which seemed odd. Turns out it was one of those dodgy activity on your internet connection calls - as usual I denied having and internet connection a mobile phone and even a landline. She gave up in frustration before I did
