NATIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD We were called today by Bailey who confirmed he found our number online and did not screen for TPS. He confirmed he understood the law regarding TPS. To call TPS reg number is against the law. Asked to speak with his manager Oliver who did not seem concerned. I repeatedly asked to be put through to his manager which he refused, 'saying no one was available'. Asked for the Compliance Officer again he refused.

SCAM: I think it must be a scam number because he said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse which has since disbanded. he jumped in with another 'even better offer' before I'd even rejected the 1st offer. Just got my first one from this number this morning. Before I had chance to open they hung up. Glad I found some info before thinking about ringing them back. I don t know why the authorities don t ban people/companies who do this (i.e. dial and hang up so they will get paid by people trying to call back)
This number claimed he was from citizens advice then changed to another company and said I had unpaid debts. When I asked I’m where he got my details he said I needed to tell him my exact debt number and said I was wasting his time and said I should seek help for my mental health issues. Do not answer.
