Can I just say that I have had a call from this number, and you all think it is due to having a quote / taking out insurance. I have never been on the website nor taken out insurance from more than so I don t think it is the actual company - don t end up cancelling insurance with them because of that.

Asked to speak to the MD and when I asked who the company was she was calling from and what it was regarding she was rude and snapped why do you want to know, he will know? I told her to leave her name and number as it just felt like a scammer.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. they called my mobile today and hung up before I answered. I called back using my land line. A recorded message said "the call you received was a marketing call. we may or may not contact you again". I think they are just collecting real people telephone numbers to sell them on to other marketing companies. Don t do what I did because they now have both my mobile number and the land line number. Best thing to do is if you don t know the caller ignore them
