I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". SCAM - Said they were from BT Open Reach. Told them I was with Virgin which she then spoke over me and told me they were picking up problems from my router. I told them I'm a software engineer and they hung up.
