Fraud - Claimed they were TSB bank. Didnt really give them any info, he asked for last 4 digits of account number and phone numbers I had apparently had on the system.Ten minutes after the call finished, an attempt on my TSB debit card (no overdraft facility) thankfully they were all declined except one! Amounts attempted to be taken £3,600 + £380 + £34 all declined $0.30...dollars! Long and short of it, I have contacted TSB fraud. Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
