When told that we had not had an accident this person very rudely cut the line. On trying to dial this number we were informed that his number does not exist

PPI rubbish (recorded message, female):- Press 5 to continue, or 9 to be removed from our database. Cut the call at that point

This number calling early a.m. Who are these monkeys? I ve never heard of Vanquis" or have had any dealings with them. What are they trying to sell/do? If I answer, will it be another foreign name they ask for. Is this some sort of guise? Wish they d stop, NOW!
