Reactive Media Marketing phoned to say that I was due a refund. You can tell it is a cold caller PPI scam the way they talk. These callers are a damned nuisance, now we leave our answerphone to filter all calls and this one never listens long enough to hear the end of our outgoing message. They are not the only ones who make unsolicited calls. Yes we are registered TPS and off the electoral roll.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363495xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, letting agents, PPI, insurance marketing.
