Asked me to confirm whether I was living at my address but when I said I didn t have time, Mike as he called himself, became angry and said you ve just wasted my time and put the phone down on me... Nice, I thought! Don t answer - complete waste of time.

This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below.
