Microsoft scammer called me back from this No after having problems with me baiting her.

Personnel service manager of the employees offers. Calls 23 times in one hour, even though he has been told that the person he wants to speak to is sick.
Text message saying my Santander account had been linked with another phone. I don’t have a Santander account.
SCAM They said I won 50k and tried to persuade me to give them one time password that they sent to my number. But that text had a warning not to share the password with anyone, not even a member of a staff. So I simply hung up.
No idea who this was but as they left no voice mail I can only assume it to be bogus, some kind of sales cold call .

Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. Was called this morning about 10am was a recorded message, saying we need your authority to pass payment to amazon of £500, and also about a £1000 that needs authorising, the recorded message was crackling and hard to hear all but i just hung up. then did 1471 to see who it was as they made out it was my bank wanting authorisation.
