Caller said he was "Bruce" (he had a foreign accent, so I doubt this was his real name) from "Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked what company he represented; he said he was "not from a company. I am calling on behalf of the Local Government Grant Scheme". I asked if he was from the local government, and he said yes. "Which local government?" I asked. "Nottinghamshire," he replied. I asked for his phone number, and which department he worked for. He gave this number, and I said this was not a Nottingham

This number was used to call me with unsolicited and incorrect "information" about my supposed "PPI refund".
This number calls to advise i have illegal fraudulent activity in my NI number - surely a recorded message about such a thing is spam?!?! refusing to call it back or select 1 as it seems to want me to do.
SCAM Recorded English voice pretending to be from Hmrc saying a fraud case lodged against my name, press 1 to talk to someone. If I don't then police will be informed.

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! Automated call. If you don't answer, it leaves a voicemail, which is an automated call in a foreign language.

Has rung me multiple times in the past week sometimes one after the other. Left a voicemail but on listening to it, they say nothing.
Phoned me saying that I had entered a competition to win either iPhone/iPad/car/?10,000. They know my name, number, postcode and age. They then tried to partake in weekly lottery draws, saying I had 98% chance of winning. I said i wasn t interested and that i hadn t entered any comperition and then hung up.
