Trying so sell insurance for a non existing SKY dish. Pleasant young lady, kept her on the phone as long as I could before letting her know she called a police station. Then she hung up.

I was contacted by this number who said they were Carphone Warehouse and I was due an upgrade on my phone. I felt the telemarketer was very friendly but was very pushy. Repeating my details over and over. He then had to phone back to say that my address wasn t on their system and that I needed to phone Orange and update even though I have lived at my address for 34 years and had 3 Orange contracts. Needless to say I told them not to bother.
Foreign speaking lady said was phoning from virgin stating I have problems with my router on the computer I asked her for my account number to prove she was legit.Oblivious that she wasn't as she got the so called supervisor a man so he said that if I did something on computer he will give me a security code ha ha not falling for that one ! .he said he was calling from London as I challenged him. Annoying - don t speek and then hang up
SCAM! Called saying I have evaded tax and there is an arrest warrant. Pressing 1 led me to the hold music and a robot which most scammers use which say your call is very important to us. This is definitely not how you would be contacted for tax fraud. You would be arrested already.
Amazon scam. Wanted me to press 1 to make sure my iPhone arrived. Apparently I owed over £300.

RECEIVED CALL ALTHOUGH TPS REGISTERED. 22.02.2013 AT 12:59 Received call from 01519091965. I have logged a complaint with the ICO "Information Commissioner s Office" http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/marketing.aspx I receive 1 to 2 nuisance calls per week although I am TPS registered.
