They happen to much to often they are against the the law but the law isnt intrested .becuase the phone companys make money from the scamers to scam us so they all make money from us so thier is no apptie or desire to.stop these ever incresing scams despite english laws in place that stae this activity is illegle. I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not.
