At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. Don t give them any information, just report them to the Information Commissioner s Office. T

5 missed calls starting at 9am until 830pm. No message on answer machine. Tried to ring the idiots got a recorded message saying their mailbox was full.

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. I had a guarded conversation with the caller who, as mentioned above, was calling on behalf of the RSPCA. Apparently he wanted to confirm details for Gift Aid purposes, which raised suspicion in my mind as there are always boxes to tick when completing donation forms for any charity. He did have my name and postcode already and was very polite, but clearly working from a script. I have not ever donated by text.
