These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. A female voice, who did not identify herself said that she wanted to speak to the home owner. I told her to ring my landlord. She then rang off. She did not use her name or my name, a typical SCAM attempt which failed as I went off script.

Keep ringing if you answer they keep you on phone no matter what you say , if you ask them not to phone back they still do just had my 20th phone call told them I was reporting them for harassing phone calls !!!! Rang me back with silent call and cut phone off report them !
