However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. After dozens of missed calls from this number - I never answer a number I do not recognise - I rang back the 0207 number and got a recorded message with another number to call to unsubscribe - 0207 619 7888. You need to quote the number they ve called you on and tell them it s Shelter, as they re obviously a telemarketing company with a number of clients. I donated to Shelter by text and since then have been plagued by these calls at all hours. Waiting to see if they re as good as their word...
Received a call then they hung up.

Pertaining to be NCA re use of my NI Number for fraudulent activity. Automated voice said "press 1 to speak to an officer". I Hung up and provided no details - indeed why would a government agency be phoning from a Vodafone Mobile Number?!

I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

Checked number elsewhere as no comments here. Some say British gas (number on their website) re smart meters, some say call disconnected if you ask questions, some say messages received like from aliens...? I don t know but would like to bar these calls. Going for 5 as not sure what it really is!

This is the Lexatrade Internet Number - Scam Broker. He encourages clients to cooperate, provides personal analysts whose main task is to gain the client's trust, and then reset clients' accounts and take their deposits. They have an IFMRRC license - which is not worth much, and certainly does not protect the client's interests. Lexatrade is not authorized to conduct brokerage activities in European countries. They are blacklisted by KNF and CNMV.
