Very rude on the phone when we answered, when he could not talk to a certain individual at our company he then hung up in a huff stating he will call back in a few hours. He then called back in ten minutes and repeated the whole scenario again.

This company has been calling me for years from fictitious London numbers, with female staff (all with a remarkably similar accent) who give false personal and company names. They are attempting to drum up business through accident claims.
Claim to be crime prevention/cancer charity etc. Trying to sell non existant advertising space in a future publication. Using verbal contract over phone so do not agree to anything. Targetting new and small businesses mainly.
