SCAM / SPAM fake hmrc call saying the police would be called if I didn't connect. I have a tax fraud case against my name etc
Paid number. I didn’t answer this call. As I don’t know anyone who would call me from between Liverpool, Leeds & north of Manchester. I pressed to stop it ringing each time. But it rang back twice more before I could block it. No message has been left.

When you get these calls try to avoid answering them. They call multiple numbers at the same time and wait for the first person to answer hense why most people get hung up on. Pretty sure they record who ever answers and call these numbers back! Anyone trustworthy would leave a message, you d hope so you can call them back.

I was contacted by this number who said they were Carphone Warehouse and I was due an upgrade on my phone. I felt the telemarketer was very friendly but was very pushy. Repeating my details over and over. He then had to phone back to say that my address wasn t on their system and that I needed to phone Orange and update even though I have lived at my address for 34 years and had 3 Orange contracts. Needless to say I told them not to bother.
