Scammers claiming to be from Amazon about a fraudulent purchase
Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

Just had a call from 0161 609 3325 with an automated voice saying they were from the Tax office and I was being investigated for fraud and if I didn't press 1 to be put through then the police would come to arrest me! Can't find anything on this number online.

SPAM Asked to speak to manager about electricity bills. When said no and tried to end, the caller then became salacious with his comments.
Had a call from this number stating they were the National Crime Team - suspending my national insurance number as it was suspicious circumstances.

Just had a call from this number saying they were from National Accident Line. Definite scam. They were asking about an accident I had a few months ago and that I was due compensation. I strung them along. "Glad you called, I went through all the details with your colleagues weeks ago. They said I was due £8k in compensation'. 'Sir this is the 1st time I've called you.' Received an automated call from this number purporting to represent my credit card (no name mentioned, no bank name mentioned) saying that it had been used twice, once on Amazon, and for a foreign currency transaction. Press 1 for security, 2 for customer services. SUSPECT FRAUD!!

Fraud call. I spoke to Three mobile and they confirmed that they don't call from this number.
The calls are scams. They originate from Asia using spoofed numbers. Use your telephone provider's call-blocking service if they offer it.
