Wanted to send someone out to look at the insulation in my loft and to see if there was any damp or rot, if there was then I could have it sorted for a fee. Called today, 11.38...Voice said "Hi my names Chris, a local energy advisor, I hope everyone is ok"....I didn't speak and after about 10 seconds the line cuts off. Initially you think its someone there, but it isn't. It says the first recorded part, then waits for a voice to answer, at which point it plays the next part, which usually talks over you. very clever, but a scam nonetheless. Just hang up or say nothing and you are good.
Fourth call today so far from several looking number and this one.
