The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past.
