Received a call from this number appertaining to be from Amazon asking me to confirm/cancel a purchase of £99. When I said cancel she asked me what device i used so she could send me a cancellation form? I said i was away from my computer but she said she would wait on the line until I was in front of it. She quoted my correct address but I didn't feel happy so ended the call.

They have called me 4 times in 2 weeks about energy saving products for solar panels. Each time we have politely declined their offer and asked to be removed form their call list. Today during asking to be removed from the list, they just put down the phone with me mid sentence.

Now I m sure that a 13 year old doesn t have a car or a license and they definitely shouldn t be calling a 13 year old.ive showed him how to block numbers and blocked the number who called him.
