Received txt from 01908 238013 asking me to call 03308 084 562 with a reference No., saying I'd set up a payment for Mrs C Davidson £850 scheduled for today 20/02/2022 @ 19:15. Txt came in @ 16:07 Info from- http://www.call-charges.co.uk/03308-premium-rate-phone-numbers#one Calls from landlines are typically charged between 2p and 10p per minute; calls from mobiles typically cost between 10p and 40p per minute, but they can set the rate at whatever they like. Just delete it. Don't call them back!

Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. Recieved a call from this number sounded like a call centre, I am in Australia, knew my name would not tell me how she was and were she was from, wanted me to confirm my name I just not me when she asked if I was XXXX, then she hung up.

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!

A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.
