Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. This is clearly a fraudulent call - advising that £900 was about to be charged to a debit/credit card!! They need to be exposed, so that they do NOT con someone!!

Was contacted on WhatsApp by this number, two messages at 0:10 on April 1st, then a call at 10:10. I asked if I knew them, they claimed that I had given them a tattoo on their hair in the last seven days, which was not true as I don’t do tattoos! Told them they had a wrong number, to which they demanded I keep talking and started asking if I was a doctor, at which point I blocked the number.

Probably not a call from Orpington - there was a clicking before a connection was made suggesting a spoof number. A south asian female voice asked for me by name. I said not me and asked who she was. The call was then immediately ended at her end. In my view this is highly likely to be a dangerous scam call.
