This number is constantly calling me and leaving no message. Very intrusive to my privacy . I have got to the stage where I only answer people who care to leave a message

This number rang me this afternoon. It was obviously a recorded message. The message said that there was two unusual transactions on my bank account this morning, one for £300-00 and another for £3000-00. The womans voice on the phone message then asked if I wanted to query the transactions and to press button 1 to reject and button 2 to talk to someone. There was no mention of my name or my bank or account. Being aware early on in this call that it was a scam I put the phone down. So beware everyone!

Said he ll call back in one month when power of attorney should be completed !! This number has now been blocked on my phone. I won t get involved with unsolicited phone calls.

as above they called to say we agreed to fund local school, then became aggressive when we refused to pay them money. Have checked them out, they are not a charity. They are registered on companies house under 10140828 a whole saler, no accounts filed and if you try to look at their reports, Norton blocks it as dangerous.

Missed call -This number called me a few times and when I finally answerred they called me by my first name, I asked if I knew them and they said that the connection was bad and that they would call back, they called back 3 times but I didnt answer.

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). SCAM 01772 (Preston Area) 791710 called at 11.15am, recorded message saying "card provider alerting unusual payments to Amazon & Universal Credit Transfer, Press 1 to accept / 2 to decline" But didn't say which card provider and didn't say how much the transactions were. Hung up and rung number back to get message "you have dialled a incorrect number". 99% certain this is a scam. None of my cards have this area code for card enquiries .
Recorded message supposedly from BT saying that there had been suspicious activity on my phone line and internet connection, "Press 1 to speak to someone to resolve this issue". I work in a church office and I'm sure this was a potential scam.
