Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.

SCAM Answered call, advised to press 1 or a warrant for my arrest would be issued. Said it was HMRC and there was a fraud investigation in my name. I advised before I provided personal details, could they advice the reason for the call as no letters had been issued. The caller terminated the call.

18 Oct 2021 - Fraud, claims to be HMRC and threatens suspension of national insurance number, is spoofed from one of the numbers from bristol county court (council civil court not a magistrates court as far as I am aware but maybe I'm wrong), it is not a number for any of the normal departments but instead it is for the Listings department. 1000% scammers committing the worst kind of fraud.Reply

0207 9245544 - this number is a scam!!! Called me twice, I didn't answer as didn't recognize the number. I then googled the number and it's some motability Volkswagen thing in London. I called them four times trying to find out why they called me - they are rude and refuse to tell me why they called me!!! Instead, they demanded my name and then started the sales pitch! I never contacted them and I'm not in London so have nothing to do with them! This is clearly a scam!!!

Claimed to be from some charity representing Noah’s Ark charity. Started going through the script about Covid, strange times, struggling for funds etc. Before he got the point where he asked me for a donation, I told him that If I wanted to donate to a charity of my choice, I would do it myself. Someone claiming to be from O2 but I don t believe him because he acted like a weirdo -asking me if I was over 18, and when I said I don t have the time to talk to you, he said - so you re under 18 then, and hung up on me. Perhaps they are scouting for 18 year olds? (Weird) Perhaps they are mad. Perhaps they are scammers. But they are definitely not polite or professional so I doubt O2 would have such representatives.
