Junk calls started again on 2Jan18, this being one of them - had again today, the 3rd and didn t answer again; tried calling it from my work phone and get a recorded "The number have dialled has not been recognised."

If you do not press 1, then we will assume you want to be arrested and the police will come to your home and arrest you." Or something along those lines. Defo a parking fine scam. I let the call ring to voicemail as I didn t know the number and the message left was a clever automated one that perhaps changes if someone picks up.
