Had them call me regardsin PPI claims a few months ago, when paperwork arrived they had not listened to me and all info was wrong so threw it all in the bin, called them up and told them not to contact me again. Just had the second call today and about the 4th this week. Every time I answer there is a pause and then they ring off. Very odd and hugely annoying

They rang me regarding a survey I had completed, as I fill in loads of surveys I believed this to be true. They said I had won a £20 fuel voucher and gave a lot of information regarding how I can spend it etc. However they then went onto talk about how I could be part of their membership, which costs £79!
