Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls mainly. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! sick of phone calls

TPS query updating their system to eliminate PPI recorded calls. Confirmed my address and how I paid my phone bill. Then asked for my card details. End of call!

Answered and automated message saying it was the HMRC and they were preparing a court summons and press 1 to speak to case adviser, I hung up and decided to contact HMRC directly and they informed me that it is a con. Advised to report it to the Fraud dept
