I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. Advised me that I had been contacted by phone and letter that I had not replied to. Given 18 days to respond before prise withdrawn. I have not entered any lottery and received no previous communication. Obvious scam so did not respond.
