Caller wanted to speak to Mr P..., a false name I once used with another cold caller. He confirmed my name (Mr P.... ), address and phone number. He wanted to conduct a survey. When I asked him its purpose he ended the phone call.

I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. I was called by someone as part of a recruiting agency. Please be aware that companies employ call centres to make calls on their behalf. These are people who are being paid to call on behalf of other companies. If you received a call from here saying you re a claimant of some kind it means that department has been fed bad data. Please don t be horrible to the people on the other end of the phone. At least they have a job instead of being paid by benefits.
