Can’t find anything in a google search that confirms this. Therefore I believe this number is a scam.

SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964
An innocuous text message "Where are you? I am waiting for you?" but from an unrecognised number and the fact that it has already been searched 124 times in the last 2 weeks make me suspect that this is some sort of SCAM.

No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.
Keep phoning mobile but I don't answer. If it was anyone important, they'd known to use my landline, as I only have a mobile phone for emergencies, with only family and friends who have this number.
SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Caller addressed me by my first name but that was all I could understand, the noise going on in the background (His) drowned out everything else he was saying. Got a call from this number-automated voice message telling me fraud activity on visa card and to press a number to prevent it- I didn't press anything as it's highly likely to be a scam.
